Been working out for almost 6 years, di ko goal mag build ng physique na pang mr.olymia. Nag aaim ako ng runner's build.

eto masusuggest ko sayo bro
cardio=lose weight
less food= lose weight
endurance training= lose weight

if goal mo palang is pumayat, no need na mag buhat ng mabibigat. Focus on cardio muna and diet.

OP sana nasa middle ka na ng weight loss journey mo at this time. Kung wala pa, kapit lang. And hanap ka low impact exercises para safe for you.
