Approach mo yung mga fitness coach or staff. They're usually friendly

Start with researching kung ano magandang exercise for certain muscle groups. At study kung ano magandang kainin habang nag ggym. Wala naman siguro mang jujudge sayo kasi sa gym focus sila sa sarili nila.

Sir, magpatingin ka sa doctor kung kaya mo para matignan kung ano dapat na exercise na gagawin, then tignan mo muna kung may kaibigan na pwede kang samahan sa pagiging fit mo sa gym na marunong kung ano at pano yung exercise na kakailanganin mo. Kung wala kang mahanap then subukan mong magpa-trainer para mas guided yung exercises mo na target talaga sa goals mo. Galingan mo

Walking po sa 10+ degree incline sa treadmill nakakahelp. Pero sabi nga nila 80% diet, 20% exercise kaya you need to do both

Start researching muna dami na sa online or if nahihiya ka pa pmunta gym buy some weight sa shoppee

ayusin mo muna diet mo and lakad every morning. kung nahihiya ka maggym bili ka ng dumbbell set tas check mo sa youtube full body workout
