start ka muna sa cardio like threadmill lng.. then pag familiarize mo na ung gym then go for an instructor... pero wag mag depend as instructor also DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH para sa tamang execution ng exercises... QUALITY OVER QUANTITY my fren

better search in youtube and start from it. eventually you'll learn your way in the gym and people will teach you dont worry :)

Look for a friend sir na marunong at maalam sa weight loss and try to watch vids and tips sa yt to be informed

youtube ka lang pre madami, paborito ko ngayon is jumping ropes madali lang at pwede sa bahay
