mga sir, medyo mabigat kasi ako around 200lbs gusto ko sana magbawas ng timbang nitong 2022 ano po ba magandang gawin kasi sabi sakin ng tropa ko wag daw ako mag jjogging dpat mag bawas pa ko ng timbang paano po ba sisimulan maraming salamat po
calorie deficit ka lods, nd gagana pg gym lng dpat talaga yung kain mo balance rin.
