Sa mga nagbabalak mag-achieve ng ideal nilang body look, or kahit 'yung mga health conscious lang na gustong magkaroon ng stronger immune system through weight lifting, 'wag kayong matakot na i-check out 'yung mga gym na malapit sa inyo at 'wag din kayong mahiyang i-approach 'yung coaches or even members na nandoon. At first, okay lang kahit na mangapa muna kayo. Look for some basic exercises sa internet at gaw'in n'yo roon regardless of the proper form. I-check n'yo rin 'yung environment at atmosphere ng gym kung trip n'yo. Then kung satisfied kayo sa services ng gym (at afford niyo), buhat muna kayo roon for the next few weeks; mag-settle muna kayo hanggang sa maging kumportable kayo sa lugar. After n'on, saka ngayon kayo gumawa ng organized na workout plan o program. Puwede ring kumuha muna kayo ng reference off the internet pero start with the basics pa rin, I'd suggest na mag-bro split program muna kayo. 'Wag pabago-bago ng program or exercises, basta ituloy-tuloy niyo lang 'yung pagbubuhat and let the days pass by and I promise you, the results will come in no time.

mga sir, medyo mabigat kasi ako around 200lbs gusto ko sana magbawas ng timbang nitong 2_O_2_2 ano po ba magandang gawin kasi sabi sakin ng tropa ko wag daw ako mag jjogging dpat mag bawas pa ko ng timbang paano po ba sisimulan maraming salamat po

Pagkakaalam ko may mga trainer naman tas research lang din. Minsan yung mga nagwoworkout sa gym sila din tutulong sayo sa mga form ng exercises
