magbuhat ka ng weights. hanap ka ng program tulad ng stronglifts 5x5 o starting strength. bawas din sa kain habang nagbububat tas maging consistent lang

Try mo sir yung mga diet or fasting. Malaking tulong yun. As of now nag fafasting ako plus the work out and basketball

Despite popular belief, marami talagang mababait na tao sa gym. Di yan sila nang jujudge at most probably proud saiyo dahil na pili mong mag gym.

Start ka muna from simple walking. Then build up mo ung cardio mo. Plus it helps din to get a diet na kayang kaya mo i-maintain. Usually naman talaga mindset ang problema sa pagbawas ng timbang eh.

Baby steps lang yan! And honestly sa gym, you can try approaching the biggest most macho dude there. They're actually almost always the nicest ones from my experience hahah especially when giving tips sa mga newbies
