mga sir, medyo mabigat kasi ako around 200lbs gusto ko sana magbawas ng timbang nitong 2022 ano po ba magandang gawin kasi sabi sakin ng tropa ko wag daw ako mag jjogging dpat mag bawas pa ko ng timbang paano po ba sisimulan maraming salamat po
When I decided to start sir, I initially lowered my food intake and when umabot na sa point na doable na yung exercises, I started with my core. Y'know the typical sets, cruches, sit-ups. Anything that can exercise my core. After those I started with the other parts.

Start with diet. Tapos do some simple exercises. Malaking tulong sakin dati squats at push ups

Look for gym na may free tutorial gumamit ng equipments nila. Wag ka lang mahiyang magtanong. Some will even give you their generic program.

You could start with home workouts po like push ups to get into the flow of it and then kapag familiar kana you it'd be easy to go to the gym and do exercises that target whatever muscle u want

Jogging is good but it boils down to preference also a healthy diet is without question, u cant lose weight without a proper diet. In terms of starting, you can go out with a friend or ask help from the people that work there
