Hindi advisable ang jogging sa overweight dahil sa impact neto sa joints. Also, for beginners, dapat avoid mo muna yung mga heavy workouts. Advise ng physical therapist at trainer kong kakilala, dapat mag start ka muna sa something na enjoyable gawin, like cycling, swimming, etc. Problem sa ibang trainers ay day 1 palang, intensive na masyado ang pinapagawa, di tuloy na eenjoy ng tao yung workout, kaya nag qquit din sila agad.

start lang with simple body weight exercises or simple cardio. Kahit maglakad ka lang sa simula at hindi agad mag jog kasi mabigat yun para sa joints kapag biglaan. tapos slowly build up mo lang intensity. basta may progress okay na. time lang din talaga basta consistent, magiging mas fit ka. for me naging effective ang bike for cardio kasi low impact sa joints at nakakaenjoy naman

mga sir, medyo mabigat kasi ako around 200lbs gusto ko sana magbawas ng timbang nitong 2022 ano po ba magandang gawin kasi sabi sakin ng tropa ko wag daw ako mag jjogging dpat mag bawas pa ko ng timbang paano po ba sisimulan maraming salamat po
Best advise, always simplify everything. Wag masyadong gawing complicated ang fitness..madali lang sya. Wag mapressure. We all start somewhere

Wag po matakot - ang gym ay open di lang sa mga trained na, para yun sa both beginner at expert in fitness journey. normal maging beginner

Honestly sir kung may pera, coach. Pag nagawan ka na ng routine/program, pwede mo nang gamitin yun as long as you want.
