I agree with the other comments here about getting a personal trainer. Bonus if you can get a life coach as well. If you the resources (money and time) then go for it. If you're worried about the loose skin after loosing weight, I think you can have it surgically fixed. Key is to have the right mindset. Give it a try for 1 year with a personal trainer and see the rewards down the line

Magandang simulan sa light workouts. Then kapag easy na sayo, dalihin mo na yung mga strength workouts. Try to target one muscle group a day. Also watch your diet

Di worth it kasi yung wear and tear sa joints mo via high impact na exercise like jogging. Usually ang best e kumuha ka ng trainer o maghanap ka ng kaibigan na may alam sa tamang pag exercise, lalo na kung plano mo magbuhat. Importante kasi na turuan ka ng tamang form para di ka ma injure in the long run.

Before going to the gym, consider doing simple bodyweight exercises first, like unweighted squats, leg raises, pushups. Try looking for a copy ng Convict Conditioning ni Paul Wade (check mo baka meron sa ebooks dito). It's practically the bible of bodyweight exercises.

Balance dapat exercise pati diet. Nakatulong yung jogging pag matagal yung duration. High intensity workout yung nagpapadevelop ng muscles pero yung matagal na workout yun yung weight loss.
