try mo boss fasting or calorie count, mas malaki impact kasi yung change ng diet than exercise; then walking lng muna, try mo yung mga step tracking na gadget para consistent ka

Before you go to the gym. dapat pursigido ka, then iwas ka na din sa mga taong hindi naniniwala sayo. :) Kung sa office ka nagtratrabaho kahit mag yt ka nlng muna every morning. hindi avisable ang diet kapag office work minsan kailangan ng pagkain kapag nagana utak. dahan dahan lang pagbabawas ng kain hindi pwede biglain yan, yung bituka kasi hindi pa sanay sa changes dahan dahan lang. but then again kapag gusto mo tlga mag gym advise ko dapat may instructor/tropa ka na gagabau sayo.

Di worth it kasi yung wear and tear sa joints mo via high impact na exercise like jogging. Usually ang best e kumuha ka ng trainer o maghanap ka ng kaibigan na may alam sa tamang pag exercise, lalo na kung plano mo magbuhat. Importante kasi na turuan ka ng tamang form para di ka ma injure in the long run.

Before going to the gym, consider doing simple bodyweight exercises first, like unweighted squats, leg raises, pushups. Try looking for a copy ng Convict Conditioning ni Paul Wade (check mo baka meron sa ebooks dito). It's practically the bible of bodyweight exercises.

small portion lang nag pagpapayat ang pag eexercise ang gawin mo bawasan mo food intake mo lalo na sa carbs, sugar. light exercise lang muna para di rin mabigla katawan mo. bago ka maggym diet ka muna
