Kapag confident ka na. Mag jumping rope ka na lang kaysa sa jogging. Masakit talaga sa lower body ang jogging pero ang jumping rope mas less prone sa injury. Yun yung pagkakaalala ko sa jumping rope. Sa jogging naman based on experience.
