Sir practice mo muna yung form ng mga exercise pde mo search sa utube yan.
Then pwede mo isearch yung StrongLifts 5x5 na program pde sya sa beginner.

LCIF po super effective tapos pag sinamahan nyo pa ng exercise pero pag nag start ng LCIF gradual lang wag biglaan kasi baka mabigla katawan nyo imbis na makatulong eh makasama pa

if beginner i would suggest getting a personal trainer...you dont want to end up with an injury because of not knowing what to do.

Basics muna sir at focus sa compound movements.

Bench press, shoulder press, squats, lat pulldown at core exercises. Kahit yan muna sa simula.

Tapos samahab mo ng cardio, mga 15 mins sa treadmill ganyan.

Pero dont forget na ang pinaka importante pa rin para sa fit body is diet and rest. Less carbs and more protein sa diet, tapos minimum of 7hrs dapat ang tulog.
