Meron akong alam kung paano makakapagbawas ng timbang na hindi nililimitahan ang pagkain. Ginawa ko na to at ginagawa pa din kahit papano.

to be honest, kaya mo yan. medyo mahirap sa una pero need mo din talaga i-maintain yung eating diet mo and yung pag burn mo ng calories
