there are many guides sa internet and youtube, bale sa first month mo kahit try mo lang pumunta sa gym and tingnan kung ano ginagawa nila, then kalaunan may magjging friends ka na din dun at tuturuan ka na din ganun trust me maraming mababait sa gym na handa kang tulungan, need mo lang pumunta consistently, goodluck sa journey prii

mga sir, medyo mabigat kasi ako around 200lbs gusto ko sana magbawas ng timbang nitong 2022 ano po ba magandang gawin kasi sabi sakin ng tropa ko wag daw ako mag jjogging dpat mag bawas pa ko ng timbang paano po ba sisimulan maraming salamat po
maganda magstart sa mga low impact na cardio like biking or swimming (if marunong ka)

Madaming program available sa internet just search for it. Alamin mo yung mga muscle groups then kung paano sila gumana then explore ka sa gym mo na pupuntahan. Pagexperimentuhan at try mo yung mga different machine na makikita mo. Don't be conscious about yourself, be confident. Sa umpisa lang mahirap pumunta.

Para sa mga balak mag gym..starts sa mga basic equipment like dumbbell or barbell exercises nood kayo mga youtube guides for different exercises gamit yan pero if may budget para sa gym instructor mas okay din.

isipin mo lang pre everyone in there is trying to improve themselves. kung natatakot ka, try mo mag search sa youtube ng exercises then yun gawin mo sa gym. kaya mo yan!
