Simulan mo sa calisthenics lods, tas mag gym ka. Or deretso gym, may magtuturo rin naman sayo. Di naman kailangan na mabigat agad bubuhatin mong weights

bro suggest ko lang, kelangan mauna muna caloric deficit then sabayan mo exercise. 80 percent dyeta 20 percent exercise

mga sir, medyo mabigat kasi ako around 200lbs gusto ko sana magbawas ng timbang nitong 2022 ano po ba magandang gawin kasi sabi sakin ng tropa ko wag daw ako mag jjogging dpat mag bawas pa ko ng timbang paano po ba sisimulan maraming salamat po
