mas mabuti na mag pa turo ka sa coach kesa magkaron ka pa ng injury wherein mas malaki magagastos mo, pati mapipigil yung progress mo pag na injure ka.

Best to invest sa personal trainer for at least 3 months. Better to hire than to get injured po.
