Guys pahingi naman ng tips kung paano pumayat ng mabilis, sample diet or mga foods na low calories, pumayat na ko dati ng ilang beses pero as sign of aging ata hirap na ko mag lose ng weight ngayon, salamat sa mga mag rereply :)
need rin help. lumobo n rin ako since nag pandemic :( from 65 to 85 kgs GG

Track your calorie intake, try using myfitness pal. Weight loss is all about Calories in Calories Out. Pero be sure to be consistent with your meal prep nothings gonna change if your eating habits is all over the place regardless and stay consistent make it a lifestyle to exercise and eat clean.
