Discipline and want to. It is all mental. Starting is easy, staying with it is the challenge. No more sugar. Skip meals. Fast. Exercise regularly and with intensity. If your knees can handle it, run, run, run. Keep pushing until you are going real distance.

Simply change your diet and go on a calorie defocit. It would be useful to use apps like MyFitnessPal to trach calories. Apart from that be more active, increase your daily steos or even start working out

try mo isubstitute oats para sa rice mo. very fibrous at healthy ang option na to at less carbohydrates

2/3rds of your weight loss is in the kitchen. Consciously watch what you eat; reduce carbs and fat, and increase with fiber and protein.

If you want to take it a step further, download a fitness app with a calorie counter. Would recommend Noom; may paid version siya, pero ok na rin yung free version for tracking calories.

Better yet, kung may budget ka, consult a nutritionist. They know how you can lose weight in a healthy way.

Para di masyadong strict sa kung anong kakainin, try IF or Intermittent fasting. 8 hour eating period, 16 hours fasting. Pero di pa din gagana kung sa 8 hours mo, bulto2 din yung kinain mo. If you get the hang of it for a month, try reducing your eating period until you get to OMAD or One Meal A day. Caloric Deficit is the susi.

hardest part talaga ung pagiging consistent. kaya mo nga mag endure ng ilang araw ng bawas kain. pag di ka nag tagal, balik ulit lahat ng tabs mo haha

Guys pahingi naman ng tips kung paano pumayat ng mabilis, sample diet or mga foods na low calories, pumayat na ko dati ng ilang beses pero as sign of aging ata hirap na ko mag lose ng weight ngayon, salamat sa mga mag rereply :)
diet lang sir then gym ka jogging ka lagi
