Check your grams of fat per day. Cut it in half if you can. Cut sugar, all of it.
Get more sleep.
Drink more water.
Stand more.
Run more.
Do not give in to stress.

there really is no "fast way" but the most effective way will always be to have a calorie deficit + intense workouts. just dont do it to the point where u feel exhausted every day.
