I do fasting kasi now that im older mas mabagal na metabolism ko. And I have more energy for some reason pag ng fafast ako. Ive been doing 16:8 for 5 years now.Anything and everything about fasting!
Gusto ko lang iopen and thread na ito sa mga nag ppractice ng fasting, be it by water, intermittent or no food at all.
I’m currently doing 17:7, meaning kumakain lang ako from 6am to 1pm, then beyond 1pm, dina ako kakain up until 5:59am kinabukasan. Reason bket ako ng ffasting? I’m a Christian and one of our goals sa church is to at least fast once a year. And if we have personal dealings kay Lord, we approach through prayer and fasting.
My personal experience? Mas naging klaro mindset ko, never been better! and at the same time, it helps me focused sa mga tasks ko at work. Bonus na lang cguro na bababa timbang as you go with fasting. Laban nga lang talaga kapag tawag na ng laman (kapag gutom! )
