i would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to lose weight, from 200 pounds naging 160 pounds ako in mga 1 year plus. i started 16-8 tapos 20-4 tapos ngayon 23-1 or one meal a day, minsan pag gusto ko nag challenge nagwawater fast lang ako mga 2-3 days. original target ko talaga is 150 pounds, yung pinakamababa kong weight is 155 tapos tinamad na ako haha, nasa mga 170 na ulit ako now pero pinipilit ko bumaba pa. tamad lang. nga next month seryosohin ko na ulit

Will start intermittent fasting again, super helpful ng thread na to.
Was able to consistently do it nung nasa BGC pa ko pero simula nung nag work from home, ang hirap na imaintain ng 16:8 na eating sched.

Anything and everything about fasting!

Gusto ko lang iopen and thread na ito sa mga nag ppractice ng fasting, be it by water, intermittent or no food at all.

I’m currently doing 17:7, meaning kumakain lang ako from 6am to 1pm, then beyond 1pm, dina ako kakain up until 5:59am kinabukasan. Reason bket ako ng ffasting? I’m a Christian and one of our goals sa church is to at least fast once a year. And if we have personal dealings kay Lord, we approach through prayer and fasting.

My personal experience? Mas naging klaro mindset ko, never been better! and at the same time, it helps me focused sa mga tasks ko at work. Bonus na lang cguro na bababa timbang as you go with fasting. Laban nga lang talaga kapag tawag na ng laman (kapag gutom! )

Mayroon ba sa inyong ng ppractice ng fasting?

if you do a 5 day fasting don't stop training your muscle kung ayaw mo mawala ung gains. people have a notion na pag nag fasting liliit tyan totoo po un liliit po lahat di lang tiyan hahaahaha

Just make sure if anyone’s doing this they are getting the right amount of water throughout the day kasi it’s gonna be a long day for you if u don’t.
