Thanks sa insights ninyo. I think need ko na uli mg fast. Either intermittent or calorie deficit "fancy word" sa gugutumin ang sarili sa pagkain ng mga foods pero bitin or in small portions. But I think gawin ko na lang after ng holdiays. Panget mg diet dietan sa panahon ng feasting.
