If plano mo mag fasting, much better mag start ka sa kaya mo lang, then work ur way to 16:8 to OMAD( one meal a day).
Sa una mahirap mag singit ng exercise pero pag nakasanayan basic nalang.
Pero ang pinakamahirap lang is yung random cravings talaga.
