I did 8:16 where 8 hours is my eating windows and 16 hours of fasting like last 2022 and it reduce my weight by a lot. But it takes a bit of time to get used to and you'll be fighting against your hunger.

Sabi nung friend kong nutritionist, wag ka raw mag-fast or any type of fast kasi napipilitan kainin yung protein mo once sobrang drained ka na, kontian mo lang kain mo para in a way palayat ka pa rin

Simple lang fasting ko. Upon waking up di ko iniisip yung breakfast or lunch basta mag work/grind nako agad. Kapag may free time na sa hapon at gutom na, kakain nako. Then sa gabi naman papalipasin ko rin yung dinner pero gugutumin na naman by midnight. Ayun kain lightly tapos sex with partner para maburn at makatulog na lol

i do it a couple days a week and after a while you feel like you don't need to eat so much
