Mahirap mag-assume kasi kulang-kulang yung information na linapag mo. Pwedeng stress, change of habits, mental problem, etcetera. For now, I would advise na tignan mo yung routine mo, at kung may pinagkaiba ba sa noon. Kung wala, possible na tumatanda na. Tulad nung isang previous reply, I'd advise na mag-ayos ng sleep schedule, iwasan mag-cellphone bago matulog, huwag mag-kape 6-hours bago matulog, huwag din sobrang busog, as much as possible hindi stressed, at comfortable yung pinagtutulugan mo. Marami pang pwedeng gawin para sa maayos na sleep schedule, pero mas important yung mindset mo kesa sa pag-stick sa schedule kesa sa pag-sunod sa lahat ng tips. Ayun lang, good luck sa tulog mo at sana mahimbing iyun!

Ibahin mo yung alarm sound mo. Possible na nasasanay na yung brain mo sa alarm. If ginawa mo na yun, probably sleep deprived ka sobra.
