tips for calisthenics?

I started going to the gym last april but i stopped at june. now im doing home workout but i want to do calisthenics only, i can do pullups already but my body seems to look small (above average type of small). any tips to build my muscles faster without the use of supplements?
I would really recommend a whey protein if you are trying to build muscle. But if that is not an option make sure you are getting lots of protein from your meals. Seeds, nuts, yogurt, soy, and beans, peas, and lentils are the best. As for building muscle with no weights, pullups are amazing. Try to do them through the day, like as many as you can do in the morning then afternoon then night. You will see muscle building fast!
