First of all, do a set of pushups and squats right now. Get down on the floor and do as many pushups as you can, then right away do a set of squats. I’ll wait. Ok, did you do them? Great, congratulations, you just started training with calisthenics. Next, find a little notebook and write down what you did. If you feel up to it do another super set of pushups and squats, and write down your reps. Then go to Youtube and find channels and start watching some videos. Look for beginner tips and workouts. See what styles of calisthenics you like and think about your goals, what you want to achieve with calisthenics. Write that down in your log and start learning more every day about it. Then find a cheap pullup bar that you can install in your home so you can incorporate pullups into your routine. If you can’t do pullups yet, do body weight rows instead, as well as negative pullups for now. You can look that up. There are parks and playgrounds outside that you can go to workout untill you get your own pullup bar. So in short, just start doing the most basic exercises, don’t overthink it, and start learning more, so you can evolve and fine tune your routine and learn to do the exercises better. Be patient, do a little bit almost every day and most importantly, progress as often as you can. Start with adding more reps when you can, then maybe add a set, and later on as you get stronger, switch to more difficult variations. That is how you start, and how you continue depends entirely on you. Good luck. katzmate! don't give up. i hope maachieve mo yung goals mo!!
