With proper exercise and nutrition, you'll build enough muscle and strength to lift yourself, then magpa-plateau yung muscle growth mo. If mas focus ka sa muscle growth, tulad nga nung sabi nung isa, baka gusto mong gumawa ng mas mahirap na variation, enough para mahirapan ka ulit. Huwag idaan sa dami ng repetitions kasi a) time consuming at b) pwedeng magkaroon ng joint complications if stuck sa isang position for an extended period. Honestly, kailangan mo magdagdag ng weights kung gusto mo mapabilis yung growth ng muscle at strength mo, though do it with patience and caution. Di na ako mag-eexplain masyado pero icheck mo online yung concept na "weighted calisthenics." Other than that, I would advise na gawin mong realistic yung mindset mo kasi kahit anong gawin natin, basta walang steroids or supplements (kahit na minimal lang natutulong nito), may certain frame lang talaga na kayang i-handle ng katawan natin. Ayun lang, good luck sa calisthenics journey mo!

First off, remember to start at your current fitness level and gradually progress. Don't rush into complex moves without mastering the basics like push-ups, squats, and pull-ups. Consistency is key, so aim for regular workouts rather than occasional intense ones. And make sure to include a good warm-up and cool-down to prevent injuries. don't forget to focus on proper form and technique to maximize results and reduce the risk of injury. Keepchallenging yourself, stay patient, and enjoy the journey to a stronger you

Building muscle with calisthenics is possible but not as straightforward as Freeweights. Remember to bring your muscles close to the point of failure for growth to be activated.
