strengthen your grip, start by hanging around bars and make sure that you stay for a long time

Always try to progress weekly (week 1, 1 pull up. Try 2 pull ups next week)

I would go for strength training with less reps then to bulk up , more lean protein from chicken or supplements

Interested ako dito, good read sa suggestion and opinion ng iba. ive been starting to lift some weights pero iba ang feeling pag calisthenics.

I started going to the gym last april but i stopped at june. now im doing home workout but i want to do calisthenics only, i can do pullups already but my body seems to look small (above average type of small). any tips to build my muscles faster without the use of supplements?
patience talaga, lalo na pag medyo mabigat ang tao, mas mahirap mag body weight training

tama si @SiJakolzking, and you're already better than most people who don't workout. Get a regime na alam mong kaya mo maging consistent for a long time up to the point na hindi ka na magdedecide kung magwoworkout ka ba today or not, it will become as a daily activity that you got used to doing and mararamdaman mo yung feeling na parang anghina hina mo kasi di ka nagexercise this week and mangagati kana.
At least ganun ang ginawa kong mental approach, since meron yung stereotype na, new year's resolution mag gym and then stop 2 months later or even less. you can buy those gymnast rings since may pullup bars kanang sasabitan and dip bars.
I agree with this, yung tipong pag gising ko nasa isip ko di ako magwworkout today pero pag dating ng alas tres ayan na nagwwarm up na tapos nagbubuhat na at matatapos ng 4:30 PM. Do it for the health, susunod narin dyan yung aesthetic.
