Okay na ba 15k steps walking as workout or kailangan talagang mag gym for weight loss?

Dipende naman. If weight loss kailangan mo caloric deficit is the key. For fat loss, lift weights.

Kung gusto mo simpleng weight loss lang, like mabawasan lang yung number sa weighing scale mo, calorie deficit ay okay na. Yung walking and gym, pandagdag yan sa calories na binuburn mo.

Tinatanong mo kung okay lang yung 15k steps na walking workout, any number will do, as long as gumagalaw ka. Kahit 10k steps or even 8k. Pero tandaan mo na ang walking ay more on cardio. Okay lang din na sabayan mo ng bodyweight exercises (you've mentioned na gusto mo na solo lang) para magkaroon na well-defined na muscle. Calisthenics, pliates, etc.

This is a good start! Pero definitely add in weights and diet! To complete the triangle!

Pero keep it up OP! 15k steps is not easy to do!

Discipline is key. Try to achieve a daily net calorie burn. Meaning, burn more than what you consume. A smartwatch helps track this.

if its just weight loss, it all depends if you are in a calorie deficit. doesn't matter if you walk, cycle or swim.

I mean any workout is not enough if wala ka healthy diet and and consistency. But I think walking is a good workout, need lang talaga samahan ng discipline in food intake to see results

not enough and hindi naman gym gym din , would focus on cross workouts but that is just half of the battle , main thing is to watch what you eat as well

depende. maganda rin ang pagygym dahil maganda ang muscle sa katawan, and maganda rin ang paglalakad since ang humans ay designed for moving and walking.
