Calorie deficit lang sapat na. Wag ka maniwala dun sa mga hindi nakain.

i am fat my whole life and it sucks. nag yoyoyo lang yung weight ko (papayat tapos tataba) i need something consistent
calorie deficit. and Cardio and , diet tlga, walang ibang fastest way to lose weight is to be lean Sa diet. and sympre consistency is the key.

Mas maganda if mag weight training ka muna. Avoid lang muna calisthenics/plyometric. Watch youtube videos for more tips about progressing your workouts and how to perform exercises properly.

Then you should learn how to do calorie deficit. Consistency is k

magworkout ka either home or gym. ifocus mo compound exercises at home like push ups/pullups then smahan mo magcalorie deficit.

Less carbs and mga matatamis na pagkain. Lost 12 pounds nung 2021 thru diet. Pero sadly tumaba ulit ako ngayon kasi ang lakas ng temptation ng food hehe

calorie deficit lang talaga siya, find your maintenance calories tas try to have 200-300 everyday consistently, should find results basta consistent

NO ICE CREAM, NO SOFTDRINKS. exercise daily. eat healthy and lastly dont eat rice in the evening.

10k steps per day. i was around 180 now 150-172. i never go 180 again. though rice needs to be deleted. really. i go over 172 when i didnt exercise for 2 weeks. its a bad feeling . exercise regularly
