i am fat my whole life and it sucks. nag yoyoyo lang yung weight ko (papayat tapos tataba) i need something consistent
less calorie intake and try to lift weight, more muscle is equal to faster calorie burn.

be on a calorie deficit, and do both cardio and weightlifting. you will burn calories during workout and after workout.

Bawas lang talaga sa rice then we have to maintain yung proper exercise para masupplement pagbabawas natin sa rice

Kung gano ka dapat kalakas kumain ganon ka rin dapat kalakas mag grind para malabas yung fats na nakakain mo

Regular exercise and healthy diet po. Might also try water with lemon everyday, mabilis po nakakaliit ng tiyan
