I do intermittent fasting. Past 12nn na first meal ko lagi, and no meals beyond 8pm. Water ka lang pag gutumin. Pero nakakagaan ng katawan promise. Hanggang sa hndi na ko nasanay magbreakfast. When I travelling tapos may free breakfast sa hotels, I still avail and eat, pero pumupoop ako agad.

wag kang mag focus sa kinakain mo, rather focus on lifting. that way makaka catch up yung consumption mo sa work mo

If mahilig ka sa pagkain at ayaw mo mag restrict sa food choices mo, calorie deficit and discipline lang talaga

Sir, the best po ay mag pa-consult sa dietitian (licensed nutritionist) natin dito kasi madaming assessment ang kailangan mo malaman bago ka sumunod sa isang specific na diet. Mahirap sumunod sa advice ng iba na hindi naman nag aral ng bs nd lalo na kung may existing ka na sakit. And and diet is laging personalized na ang dietitian lang ang makakaintindi sa kailangan mo
