Di worth it kasi yung wear and tear sa joints mo via high impact na exercise like jogging. Usually ang best e kumuha ka ng trainer o maghanap ka ng kaibigan na may alam sa tamang pag exercise, lalo na kung plano mo magbuhat. Importante kasi na turuan ka ng tamang form para di ka ma injure in the long run.

Before going to the gym, consider doing simple bodyweight exercises first, like unweighted squats, leg raises, pushups. Try looking for a copy ng Convict Conditioning ni Paul Wade (check mo baka meron sa ebooks dito). It's practically the bible of bodyweight exercises.

mga sir, medyo mabigat kasi ako around 200lbs gusto ko sana magbawas ng timbang nitong 2022 ano po ba magandang gawin kasi sabi sakin ng tropa ko wag daw ako mag jjogging dpat mag bawas pa ko ng timbang paano po ba sisimulan maraming salamat po
Kuha ka trainer sir para alam din mga target parts na bburn ang fats.

Pero kung gusto mo mabilisan na kahit walang exercise, low carb and intermittent fasting. Kahit 1 week pa lang malaki improvement na. Kakainin mo lang meat, eggs and green veggies tapos dapat 20g below lang carbs mo per day. DM mo ko kung interested ka invite kita sa fb group makikita mo dun mga results nung iba. Di lang pumapayat, nag iimprove pa health.

Kahit po light movement lang kung beginner bago ka mag weights para po di mabigla yung body mo

nood ka lang sa YT ng basics then kapag nasa gym ka na meron naman tutulong sayo. Wag ka lang mahiya mag-approach
