Hams: deadlift, leg curl, hip thrust
Calves: standing calf raise, seated calf raise
Di ko pinagsasaby ng araw yung quads at hams at ginagawa lang once a week. Sabi ng iba twice a week mas ok. Pero bakit ganun ang payat pa rin ng legs ko lols
