barbell squats, bulgarian split squat, then barbell hip thrust and sumo deadlifts for glutes

mostly lunges and squats , I'm a triathlete so I work on getting some legs strength.

medjo chill ako sa legs since total distance ko sa paglakad sa school is 10km haha. pero sa weekends yung routine ko ay

Russian Dead Lift
Leg Press
Leg Curl
Split Squat
Hip Thrust

10 reps 3 sets

any advice on improvement is appreciated din

So for the past couple of years gusto ko magpaganda ng legs kasooooo newbie ako sa pagpapaganda ng katawan so for any of those na may idea sa working out and going out in the gym baka may reccomedations kayo from your personal experience sa pagpapaganda ng legs? any workout routine you do or a specific exercise?

Always remember lang, never lock your legs on leg press. I do Bulgarian split squat, dumbell squat, calf raise, deadlift.

Lunges talaga at bulgarian split squat very effective for me. Ngka striations legs ko after doing it as routine.
