walking and bodyweight exercises is a great place to start. google body weight workouts, or assisted body weight workouts if you are more new.

Its good to start with body weight exercises. Build mo muna yung muscle strength mo and the proper positioning needed. If you're gonna do resistance training, pinaka number 1 dapat is to start low and slowly build yung weight. Mas importante na tama yung mind-muscle connection mo para ma hit mo yung muscle group na winowork mo ng maayos kesa mabigat binubuhat mo pero puro momentum gamit mo or may ibang muscle groups na nag wwork para mabuhat mo yung certain weight.
