Kung losing weight ang focus, start with diet. Track and limit calories then move on to exercising. It's best to do cardio + weightlifting, unless losing weight lang talaga ang gusto at ayaw magdagdag ng strength/more muscle, then stick to cardio, specifically aerobic exercises (di na kailangan lumabas ng bahay haha)

Go for tabata lods. Or yung weight loss app sa apps store. Walk din alot

hmmm cardio and calorie deficit lang po kailangan mo sir!u can lift some weights din kasi di k naman lalaki agad. ans mas goods habang nagpapapayat ka
