15k steps daily is a good start, but if you want to see results faster. weightlifting is a good option and also mix in a good healthy diet.

10k steps ang recommended daily for better health but if 15k most likely samahan mo ng fasting will result in weight loss

mas kailangan mo ang deficit kesa jan.
basta eat less and move more kayang kaya yan.
cut out sugar.
avoid eating out
focus on eating whole foods

Watching what you eat is enough. Kahit hinde ka mag workout basta ung intake mo ng calorie is lower than your daily output, papayat ka.
Also, no sugar.
Softdrinks at tinapay ang salarin.
