Calorie deficit ang nagcacause ng weight loss. Try searching first kung ano basal metabolic rate mo then work around having less calaries than that.

15k walks goods na yun kung everyday. If gustong mong maging fit and mag build ng muscle need mong mag gym.

Just walking wont be enough but it will help. The real game changer for weight loss is calorie deficit. No matter how much you exercise if hindi maganda diet mo wala rin.
