Healthy diet, fasting and lessen intake of junk foods + daily exercise is the best. If heavy weight ka you might consider keto diet in the start

Depends on what you can do best / most enjoyable / least suffering.

Building muscle would require more calories to keep pero the actual gym sessions really take up much calories.

15k steps as brisk walk or light run would strengthen your heart and metabolism (allowing you to do harder exercises easier) as compared to just finding the steps.

And then diet talaga. Look up levers of nutrtion and see which one you can do easiest.

Mas better ang gym because it strengthens your entire body, pero pag kusto lang pumayat kailangan mo ng diet plan

Try mo din OP mag weights combined with proper diet. Super effective based on my experience
