hi boss, start by drinking only water, that's the most important thing
find a sport you like, basketball or anything and practice it twice a week to start,
eat whatever you want but stop eating outside and cook yourself, you want a burger ? fine, cook it yourself, don't order it. making burger is hard so you probably won't make them very often lol
and finally, eat at regular times, morning, noon and evening, no in-betweens, weight-loss is mostly common sense and patience
