hi boss, start by drinking only water, that's the most important thing

find a sport you like, basketball or anything and practice it twice a week to start,

eat whatever you want but stop eating outside and cook yourself, you want a burger ? fine, cook it yourself, don't order it. making burger is hard so you probably won't make them very often lol


and finally, eat at regular times, morning, noon and evening, no in-betweens, weight-loss is mostly common sense and patience

good luck man, it's hard but it's worth it, really, you can do it !

i am fat my whole life and it sucks. nag yoyoyo lang yung weight ko (papayat tapos tataba) i need something consistent
go on a calorie deficit, lift weights, stay consistent especially when it gets tough. persistence is key

Wag ka muna mag-exercise. Calculate your daily caloric intake (may calculators sa google) and subtract slowly

Count calories. Set realistic goals. 50℅is better than 0 so don't feel like you have to go too hard.

Calorie deficit and consistency. Don't try so hard sa umpisa kasi mabuburn out ka lang at di masusustain yong ganong lifestyle at the end titigil ka.
