i am fat my whole life and it sucks. nag yoyoyo lang yung weight ko (papayat tapos tataba) i need something consistent
try learning how to track your calories and macronutrients. You can use MyFitness pal for this. You don't need to follow any diet as long as your doing calorie deficit. Try going to the gym, exercising can also help you get in shape and improve your fitness. Also eat lots of protein rich food if you also want to build muscle. There are many helpful videos in youtube. Just take it one step at the time.

by assuming you are really overweight i would do weights and incline walks to burn fats way easily ( the more you weigh the more you lose easily until to the point your body adjust to the weight that should be so )

bigger muscles = bigger engines= more gasoline it eats ( fat/energy) thats why bigger muscles need more kcal and protein to maintain their muscle stability and growth

so basically if you weight 100kg and you really lack muscles its either you calorie deficit and cardio for the right amount of your body composition to its muscle or gain muscle and lose weight slowly as you do

Regular work out and hard boiled egg :)
from 100 kilos to 92 kilos Jan 6 start work out at hard boiled egg.
30 to 40 mins exercise youtube ka lang at home. ung merienda sa umaga at hapon pinalitan ko ng hard boiled egg. Dinner lang ako nag leless rice at ulam. Iwas din sweets kung kaya.

wag mo biglain paghindi ka pa sanay, once magcrave ung katawan mo gumalaw at magwork out unti unti mababawasan kain mo.
