For me, all I did was slowly reduce the portions. It helped with being consistent since I was still eating the foods I liked, but just smaller and smaller portions. Also drink lots of water during the meal - it helps you feel full.

I've tried Intermittent fasting (16/8) na sinabayan ko rin ng low-carb diet. Mabilis magpababa ng timbang. Dapat lang talaga consistent ka.
