try mo i drop yung rice mo gradually. from half cup, to walang rice talaga. Kunin mo yung carbs mo sa tinapay, ganon. Tapos try mo yung ketosis diet sobrang solid. Masarap pero papayat ka parin. Issue lang is mejo mahal.Guys pahingi naman ng tips kung paano pumayat ng mabilis, sample diet or mga foods na low calories, pumayat na ko dati ng ilang beses pero as sign of aging ata hirap na ko mag lose ng weight ngayon, salamat sa mga mag rereply![]()
