yeah easing your way into no rice diet, and starting to monitor your daily calorie intake would be the best start

Guys pahingi naman ng tips kung paano pumayat ng mabilis, sample diet or mga foods na low calories, pumayat na ko dati ng ilang beses pero as sign of aging ata hirap na ko mag lose ng weight ngayon, salamat sa mga mag rereply :)
calorie deficit, resistance training, at consistency ang sangkap diyan idol

Pwede mo kainin gusto mo sir basta bantayan mo yung calorie intake mo, lagyan mo din ng onteng workout, at syempre consistent.

caloric deficit. even if you dont exercise you will still lose weight if you burn more than you consume. but easier saiid than done
