No carbs diet siguro and a lot of cardio

It will depends on how you live on day to day basis. If you're sendentary, move more do some exercise. Pero kung May mga physical activities ka naman pero di ka parin pumapayat. Eat less ka naman or in short calorie deficit. Wag ka mag crash diet panget yon di maganda tignan kasi May nakikita na akong ganun nag sag talaga ang katawan nila.

bawasan/tanggalin ang kanin. Avoid sweets and fats. Natiis ko iyon noong nagdadiet ako kasi kape lang ang source ng asukal sa akin araw araw. Umiinom din ako ng kape para mabusog since maliit lang talaga nakakain ko sa merienda.

Calorie deficit ang pinaka sagot. Unahin mo pagandahin ang diet tas sabayan mo ng din ng workout for quick results.

green tea worked for me.
