Guys pahingi naman ng tips kung paano pumayat ng mabilis, sample diet or mga foods na low calories, pumayat na ko dati ng ilang beses pero as sign of aging ata hirap na ko mag lose ng weight ngayon, salamat sa mga mag rereply :)
try mo i drop yung rice mo gradually. from half cup, to walang rice talaga. Kunin mo yung carbs mo sa tinapay, ganon. Tapos try mo yung ketosis diet sobrang solid. Masarap pero papayat ka parin. Issue lang is mejo mahal.

I did intermittent fasting. Lost 8 kgs in 4 mos. It's not that fasting is a magic technique. It's more of limiting your time = limiting the calories you intake. Always think that losing weight = creating a calorie deficit.

If malakas control mo sa start, I did keto diet. Lost 40lbs in 4 months. Do it right, hindi dahil pwede fats sa keto ay puro bacon na kakain. Go for Chicken and Salad. Avocados, mga fish. Basta 0 sugar and very low carbs (iwas breading the chicken, walang sauce, walang rice, pasta or bread).

Exercise at least 3x a week.

Workout with Proper diet and Sleep is the answer. There are different ways to lose weight. Pero for me workout is the best.
