Sa nutrition papasok ang protein shake at creatine. Kung marami ka namang kinakain na protein source, like eggs and meat and fish. pwde nang hindi mag protein shake.
sa no. 2 dapat consistent and palaging may sapat na pahinga. kasi kung di balanse yang 3. wala rin.

UNg creatine i heard nakakatulong pero ung protein , kapag madami ka naman kumain di na kailangan
