Protein for muscle building, creatine for recovery. I take both after my workout, pero coffee ang pre-workout ko.

Yes boss , creatine sobrang nakatulong saken. Basta sabayan mo lang ng pag inom ng tubig lagi

Yes nakakatulong siya lalo na yung creatine. Yung protein naman need mo lang pag di mo mahit yung protein goals mo through pagkain.
